Do Not Call Policy

Aragon Way, Inc. d.b.a. Aragon Way Insurance (“Aragon Way,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to respecting the privacy and communications preferences of all individuals. This Do Not Call Policy describes our practices with respect to outbound telephone solicitation calls and your rights to limit such calls.

1. Compliance with Applicable Law

Aragon Way endeavors to conduct any outbound telephone solicitation activity in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the FTC’s Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), the National Do Not Call Registry, and applicable Florida telemarketing statutes, including Chapter 501, Part IV, Florida Statutes (the Florida Telemarketing Act).

2. National Do Not Call Registry

We endeavor to maintain current subscriptions to the National Do Not Call Registry and to screen our outbound telemarketing call lists against the Registry prior to making solicitation calls, consistent with applicable legal requirements. We will not make telephone solicitation calls to numbers registered on the National Do Not Call Registry except as permitted by applicable law, including calls to individuals with whom we have an established business relationship or who have provided prior express consent.

3. Our Internal Do Not Call List

Aragon Way maintains an internal Do Not Call list of individuals who have requested that we not contact them by telephone for solicitation purposes. If you request to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list, we will record your request and endeavor to honor it within a reasonable time, not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of your request. Your request to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list will be maintained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of your request.

When submitting a Do Not Call request, please provide the telephone number(s) you wish to have placed on our internal list.

4. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to outbound telephone solicitation calls made by or on behalf of Aragon Way Insurance. It does not apply to:

• Calls made in response to your inquiry or request;
• Calls related to an existing insurance policy or account, including service calls, renewal discussions, and claims-related communications;
• Calls made with your prior express written consent;
• Calls that are otherwise exempt under applicable law.

5. Third-Party Callers

If Aragon Way Insurance uses third-party vendors to make outbound calls on our behalf, we endeavor to confirm those vendors comply with applicable telemarketing laws and honor our internal Do Not Call list. We remain responsible for the compliance of vendors acting on our behalf.
